Welcome to 41 Crescent Street

We're excited to welcome you to 41 Crescent Street, home of the historic 1707 house and it's adjoining 20 acres of hay fields. These fields will now be home to Mayflower Market Days an annual Vintage Fair held each Fall.

Featuring local artists, makers, antique dealers and more. Over the course of two days, you'll be able to walk these fields finding handmade treasures and vintage finds. All while listening to some local musicians and enjoying food and drinks with friends - both new and old! Some of our local makers will be holding demos to showcase their talents. House tours will also be available, so make sure to buy tickets to see the meticulously restored 1707 House which was featured on Season 1, Episode 6 of Houses with History!!! 

When this property isn't hosting a fair, it continues to earn it's keep each summer as a hay field, which has been farmed for over 300 years!

The 1707 House and property are available for other events!
